The booking of any residential unit remains provisional until the official application and token amount are processed and formally accepted. The Developer reserves the right to accept or reject applications subject to company policies and availability.
Payments must be remitted strictly adhering to the agreed payment milestones. Any delay in payment may attract applicable statutory interest as per agreed contractual clauses and governing real estate regulations.
Minor variations in actual carpet or super built-up areas, architectural elevations, or interior layout plans may occur as required during execution or mandated by competent statutory authorities. Pricing adjustments, if any, will comply with standard terms.
Possession schedules will follow statutory agreements. All clearances and approvals are as sanctioned by relevant government authorities under applicable RERA provisions.
